Redhaven peaches are one of the most widely grown and recognizable freestone peach cultivars, celebrated for their bright red skin, golden-yellow flesh, exceptional sweetness, and classic peach flavour. Their juicy texture and versatility make them a favourite for fresh eating, baking, canning, and freezing.

Developed at Michigan State University and introduced in 1940, the Redhaven peach was bred for its outstanding flavour, cold hardiness, and dependable production. It quickly became the standard by which many other peach varieties are measured. Ripening in mid-summer, Redhaven peaches produce medium to large fruit with firm flesh that separates easily from the pit, making them a popular choice for both commercial orchards and home gardeners.

Burbank are an heirloom plum variety from a seed received from Japan by Luthor Burbank in 1883. This good-quality plum is round, dark red, medium-sized, juicy, aromatic and clingstone.
